Great app. Only a couple of small qualms: 1. It is not super obvious how to change the Preparation time between sets, but it is possible. 2. Technically there is an extra second between timer intervals whenever the "-" shows up, so the time is technically not accurate, but you can easily adjust manually to account for this.

I apologize for the inconvenience.I suppose you want to change "The rest between set".If so, please tap the rightmost circle icon in the Tabata area (bottom-right), and it can change the rest between set.It's bad design.The Rest Between sets is "Preparation" for other sets(not first set),Please email me, I'll show you screenshots: mozygle@gmail.com

good app, but wish it had more customization. You can make basic tabatas, but if i want to do multiple rounds each with different tabata intervals, i can't. I wish we could customize it more. For example, maybe my first round is 6 sets of 40/10 alternating jump rope and bicep curls, then i want my second round to be 3 sets of 1 minute run, 1 minute jog, then repeat all of that two more times. Currently, i can't customize it that much. otherwise though, i really do like this app!!

Excellent app! Once you learn HOW to use it, it is fantastic! I have Tabatas, Intervals, just plain time sets on mine for all my Group Exercise classes. Watch YouTube to learn more about its possibilities. You can change the colors of each one so I can see it better while teaching outdoors at the pool. The sounds can be chosen. If you play music through the same device as this app, the bells will ring THROUGH the same speaker as your music.
